Our Administration Team is here to assist you with any appointments, accounts or other enquiries. There can be reached by phone call, email, website contact us form or Facebook Messanger.

Hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8am-8pm
  • Friday: 8am-5pm
  • Saturday: 8am-12pm

Appointment reminders are sent by text or email the day before your appointment. A phone call reminder can be arranged on request.

We do offer a Waiting List and ask that if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, to notify us as soon as possible so that we may offer this time to another client.

Non-Attendance & Cancellation Policy:

Where possible we ask for 12 hours notice for cancellations & rescheduling. This allows us time to offer the appointment to someone off our waiting list. Non-attendance fees occur for appointments cancelled with less than 1 hours notice & all no show appointments.

  • Non Attendance First offence – $25 fee
  • Non Attendance After First Offence – Full appointment cost
  • Late Cancellation (Less then 1 hour) – $25
