Aaron completed his Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Deakin University in 2019, following on from his completion of a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science also at Deakin University in 2017.

Aaron is currently completing his PhD through Deakin University, focusing on optimising physical activity and sedentary behaviour interventions in primary healthcare.

Aaron has a keen interest in chronic disease prevention and management while also having experience in outpatient rehabilitation, community rehabilitation and mental health settings. Aaron uses health coaching principles to help assist long term behaviour change and better health outcomes for his clients.

Outside of work Aaron enjoys being active including playing local football and cricket in Geelong.

Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) specialise in delivering appropriate exercise prescription for the prevention, management and treatment of chronic and complex conditions and injuries, including (but not limited to):
