VICTORIA EVANS (She/Her)
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Victoria completed her Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at the University of Wollongong in 2021. She than worked for 18months within the private practice setting in Sydney before embarking on an overseas holiday. Victoria relocated south to Geelong at the end of 2023.
Victoria also currently works within the public health system in Winchelsea leading group exercise sessions and using innovation to establish new interventions to assist with the management and prevention of chronic disease. Outside of work Victoria enjoys hiking, camping and playing sports like Soccer and Rowing.
Victoria has a keen interest in neuromuscular disease management and Falls prevention. She has experience in weight management, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, mental health conditions, and NDIS clientele onboarding. Currently Victoria is upskilling within the women’s health field looking at Menopause and Post natal exercise. Victoria uses SMART goals to assist with long term motivation and improvements in health and wellbeing.
