Steph graduated from Torrens University with her Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Myotherapy in 2019.
As a Clinical Myotherapist, Steph has trained extensively in the assessment, diagnosis and management of musculoskeletal pain and conditions. Her treatment techniques include exercise prescription, patient education, soft tissue mobilisations, joint mobilisations, myofascial dry needling, and muscle energy techniques.
As a practitioner, Steph is passionate about providing her patients with information and treatment options targeted at achieving their goals. With a strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, musculoskeletal pathologies, and the neuroscience of pain, Steph is well suited to provide her patients with a treatment approach that considers the individual as a whole. Steph is committed to providing her patients with treatment plans based on the best available evidence, tailored to suit her patients' individual needs.
