Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Courtney is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) who graduated from La Trobe University, Bendigo with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Master of Exercise Physiology in 2021. Courtney thoroughly enjoys working with individuals to better improve their health and wellbeing, and has a keen interest in diabetes management, musculoskeletal & respiratory conditions and female health. 

When Courtney isn’t working, you can find her cycling or mountain biking around Geelong and the surrounds, or on the soccer pitch refereeing the Victorian National Premier League.

After a year in the city, Courtney has relocated back to Western Victoria to provide exercise to help people achieve their goals that they didn’t think were possible by implementing sustainable strategies to encourage positive lifestyle changes.
