This new group exercise class is designed to help participants meet their specific needs and goals through individualised exercise programs. 

Don't let someone who isn't qualified tell you what is 'safe exercise' for your pain and condition!  Our Accredited Exercise Physiologist will write an individual program following a full assessment, completed in a one on one consultation.  We also provide careful supervision and tailored feedback to ensure you are exercising correctly & safely and to help you reach your goals faster.  And you may even be entitled to a health fund rebate.

The class is designed so that every participant can complete a specific individualised exercise program, within a small group setting.  Exercise types may include resistance, aerobic, balance and flexibility exercises to help you reach your goals.
